Associate Membership

When applying for Associate membership:

1. You MUST be a member in good standing with the American Optometric Association (AOA) through your state association or AFOS to apply.

2. Please click on the link below and complete all areas of the online application.

3. In addition, please remit with your application the appropriate Associate member fee based on the schedule below:
